What is Design Thinking?

Design Thinking is a method that puts the interests of stakeholders and users at the center of the creative process of brainstorming, sketching and prototyping. In this process, a problem is viewed from a different perspective, multiple solutions and ideas are conceived and tested to ultimately develop or improve new products and/or services.
