Welcome to the framework that we at Keen use to plan and execute our way of working. Central to that framework is the Zoom model (developed at Keen) that places our activities in the context of an actual project.
"Zoom" refers to the ability to zoom in and out (iteratively, but also incrementally) from the business strategy to the actual code and back. This way, we can easily talk to stakeholders about what needs to be done at what level and when. It's also the reason why we can claim that "we tie together business strategy to that one button on that one screen".
We are not business strategists and we don't do actual coding, so our efforts are focussed on the Service, Product and Screen level.
It's important to note that this framework itself is a living thing. It's improved on iteratively and incrementally itself by our DesignOps team.
